Good day, as a DSTV customer am unable to pay my account this month due to personal reasons, if u disconnect my service how much do I pay the following month for reconnecting.
Due to unforseen reasons I have no option to pay for my Dstv services this month of November 2020. I thus want to cancel…. only for the time being until i can reconnect again. Might be In December or January again. I have always been a faith and loyal client since 2014/2015 until this point in time. I have tried your customer care line, but it is not clear what i could hear from your operator. This is thus why i can only reply now on 1/11/2020.
