My gotv decoder with iuc number 2022017834 was not subscribed for some time. I was called to subscribe which i have done it on Friday 30th September 2022. till now my decoder wasn’t coming up, it will displayed gotv opening page on the tv and later went off and come up again and off. I dont know the reason why can it be attended with urgency please . Is my account suspended ?
