Steps To Change Gotv Package Using The MyGotv App
To change your Gotv package using the Gotv app, here are the steps to follow:
1. Suppose you have already installed MyGotv App on your phone. Click on its icon to open the application.
2. Enter your “Surname” or “Mobile phone number” on your Gotv account.
3. Input your Gotv decoder IUC number.
4. Ensure you have entered the right Gotv details.
5. Now, click on “Login” to sign in to your account.
6. Once you are logged into your Gotv account via the app, click on the arrow behind your current package.
7. Click in the small empty circle to tick it.
8. Extra details will pop up with your package price, status, change package, fix errors.
9. Click on “Change package.”
10. Select the package you want to change to.
11. Next, click on “Continue.”
12. Now, click on the “Pay Now” button to pay the exact amount.
13. Once payment is done, your package will be changed instantly.
